Uploaded documents are processed automatically by software. No human reviews documents unless requested for support. Documents and results may be retained to improve functionality unless deleted by the user.

The company is not liable for damages arising from use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the prior twelve (12) months.
